Roof ladder hire from GAP Hire Solutions gives you safe, stable access across pitched roofs for repairs, maintenance and installation work. A roof ladder is a lightweight ladder with a hook at the top that fits over the roof ridge, so the ladder lies flat against the slope and spreads your weight across the tiles or slates. Our range is made from aluminium for strength without excess weight and includes a 4.2m single roof ladder, a 5.5m single roof ladder and a two-section extending roof ladder for longer slopes. Each ladder has wheels, so you can roll it up the roof before turning it over to engage the hook, plus support bearers that keep the stiles off the roof surface. Roofers, aerial and satellite installers, solar panel fitters, builders and property maintenance teams hire roof ladders for jobs such as replacing slipped tiles, cleaning valleys, repairing flashing, fitting aerials and installing solar panels. Always pair a roof ladder with a suitable access ladder or tower, and plan the work in line with the Work at Height Regulations 2005. With depots across the UK, roof ladder hire near you is easy to arrange. Book roof ladder hire online or contact your local GAP depot for fast, nationwide delivery.
